In addition to the cost of your vehicle rental, a 100€ security/fuel deposit is also required.

This deposit MUST be paid by bank transfer. A payment request will be sent to you 7 days prior to your arrival date.

We will reimburse this deposit to you when the vehicle is returned in the same condition that it was handed over.

The remaining balance for your vehicle rental can be made either by bank transfer or in cash, in advance or on the day of handover of the vehicle.

We will send you a payment request for the total amount (rental and deposit) 7 days prior to your arrival.

If payment is via bank transfer, we can accept GBP at the daily Wise exchange rate. Cash payments must be in Euros.

The total price includes a full tank of fuel (return the vehicle with a full tank), fully comprehensive insurance, a mileage allowance of 120km per day (please advise us if you are making long journeys during your stay or leaving Spain in the vehicle, ie Portugal, France, Gibraltar). Excess mileage will be charged at 50 cents per km.

We also offer free child seats, free additional driver (must be over 25 years of age) and courtesy collection and drop off at Alicante-Elche Airport (customer pays for fuel used).

You will be transferred to our base in Ciudad Quesada and take control of the vehicle from there, so please be aware of your alcohol intake on the day of vehicle collection.

Courtesy pick-up and drop off is only available when a vehicle is rented.

To reserve a vehicle, we require a clear photo of the main driver’s licence and a screenshot confirmation of your booked flights. We can not reserve a vehicle without confirmed flights.

An initial deposit is not required to reserve a vehicle. However, late bookings, ie within seven days of your arrival, will need to be paid in full.
